Part of New Plymouth for over 80 years.

As part of the New Plymouth community since 1933, Vospers Funeral Home was established by Richard Cleave and Phyllis Vosper. It was originally located at 77 Devon Street.

East where the company remained until 1954, when it then moved to its current purpose-built premises at 257 Devon Street East. Since then we have worked to ensure our chapel and catering facilities are as modern and comfortable as possible for the community that we serve.

Vospers’ approach is what you would expect from a funeral firm that has been in New Plymouth for over 80 years – friendly, understanding and above all, sincere. We have grown to become one of New Plymouth’s foremost funeral firms. The services we provide demonstrate caring professionalism, and we know how to take care of the details when arranging a funeral, whether it is being held now or being pre-planned for a time in the future.
