After a brief illness on Thursday 2 April 2026, aged 84. Darling wife and Moo of the late Val. Cherished Mum and mother-in-law of Chris & Dianne, Vicki & Wayne, and Jay. Loved Nana of Jo, Amanda, Jess, Wade, Ben, Rose, Sophie and their families.
In preference to flowers please consider a donation to Bowel Cancer New Zealand or Rangimārie Māori Arts and Crafts Centre an organisation close to Marie’s heart.

A service to celebrate Marie’s life will be held at Vospers Chapel, 257 Devon Street East, New Plymouth on Friday 10 April 2026 at 11am followed by a private cremation.
